ABOUT.
Filipe was born in Lisbon, Portugal and moved to London where he now lives in 2007 to study Theatre Production at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
He developed a passion for magic throughout his childhood, learning the basics from an old family magic set. By the age of 13, he joined the Portuguese Association of Magicians, quickly discovering the art of stage performance.
Determined to forge a career within the industry, he pursued an education in technical theatre and has directed, managed, and produced a variety of theatrical live shows, from musicals to immersive experiences.
Filipe now combines his knowledge of magic and performance with his experience in theatre production to consult for live shows and immersive experiences where he designs and directs unique illusions and visual effects.
He also works as creative director for large scale immersive shows.
Filipe is a member of the prestigious Magic Circle.
